「同聲同作」音樂計劃2025/26紀錄片 “Voices Unleashed” Music Programme 2025/26 Documentary
用心創作的音樂可以連結心靈，並以旋律架起理解的橋樑。 一群年輕作曲作詞家，共同傾聽社區人士的故事，並從中汲取靈感，創作出三首傳遞共融訊息的音樂作品：《What It Isn’t》、《岸珠謠》及《雛鳥》。其後，作品經過專業音樂家團隊編曲，交由一支由不同能力人士組成的合唱團排練，鼓勵背景和能力各異的傷健人士合作。合唱團更一嘗現場演出及專業錄音製作，歌曲現已於音樂串流平台上架，為聆聽者帶來鼓舞，並推動實現更加平等的世界。 Music created from the heart bridges souls and opens paths to understanding. Original songs created as part of the Voices Unleashed Music Programme are now available on music streaming platforms. Inspired by the stories of individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds, a group of young songwriters created three original Cantonese songs around the theme of inclusivity: What It Isn’t, Pearls by the Ocean and Nestling. On September 19, LumiVoce presented Luminous, an evening gathered under the inspiration of the moon: a symbol of light, reunion, gratitude, and hope. At LumiVoce, the moon also reminds us of what we strive for in our community—a space where people come together through music, where diverse voices harmonize, and where light, both literal and metaphorical, shines through song. Just as a healthy ecosystem is not made of one species or a single sound, but of countless forms of life existing together in delicate relationship, the program was woven from many styles and emotions. The audience journeyed through works by Beethoven and Debussy, and through love songs that felt like small flames lit beneath the wide, glowing sky of a Mid-Autumn night. From youthful clarity and elegance to moonlit stillness unfolding into dusky reflections, voice and strings echoed love and loss at day’s end, inviting everyone on a journey through light in its many forms—radiant, fleeting, and transcendent—illuminating music’s power to awaken and shine within the soul. Our musicians—the Romer String Quartet, soprano Samantha Chong, and our founder, Dr. Ying Ying—brought this vision to life with a thoughtful and illuminating program. 大館操場音樂節 Prison Yard Festival 2024 | 5-12 December 2024
第三屆大館操場音樂節已於2024年12月舉行，由一眾香港及海外藝術家呈獻多場精心策劃的音樂會，在大館獨特的古蹟建築群中創造獨一無二的聆聽體驗。我們很榮幸邀得世界知名的澳洲室樂團作為駐節樂團，由藝術總監托尼提（Richard Tognetti）帶領，演出三套風格各異的節目，包括與埃及裔澳洲烏德琴（Oud）演奏家杜華德（Joseph Tawadros）聯手重新演繹韋華第的《四季》、哈斯及柴可夫斯基的弦樂精品，以及與香港的Cong四重奏合作的藝術家發展計劃。 音樂節每年都邀請藝術家重新演繹相同概念，延續音樂節的部份傳統。今年會與小提琴家王亮（香港管弦樂團第二副首席）再度合作，邀請七位香港的頂尖樂手演奏羅馬尼亞作曲家安納斯古令人振奮的弦樂八重奏。土生土長的鋼琴家沈靖韜自小深受香港樂迷喜愛，近年在國際舞台上非常活躍，是次在冬至前夕的月圓之夜，帶來觀眾引頸以盼的獨奏會。 每場音樂會前的一小時，洗衣場石階會上演別開生面的「Fusion」演出。由香港創樂團及在港致力推動印度表演藝術的PUMHKA合作，炮製融匯印度、中國及西方古典音樂傳統的創新節目。 The 3rd edition of the Prison Yard Festival was held in December 2024, with a stellar line-up of local and international musicians, bringing exquisite concert experience at Tai Kwun’s atmospheric Prison Yard and Laundry Steps. We are thrilled to present the Australian Chamber Orchestra (ACO) as the ensemble-in-residence. Led by its Artistic Director Richard Tognetti, the ACO will present three distinctive programmes including a re-imagined Vivaldi’s Four Seasons featuring Egyptian-Australian Oud virtuoso Joseph Tawadros; an evening of beloved string works by Pavel Haas and Tchaikovsky; and an artist development programme featuring Hong Kong’s outstanding Cong Quartet. The Festival strives to build up a tradition by engaging musicians to re-interpret a continuous concept every year. It welcomes the return of the chamber ensemble led by Hong Kong Philharmonic’s Second Associate Concertmaster Wang Liang. Together with seven other leading musicians, they will perform Romanian composer George Enescu’s thrilling Octet. Pianist Aristo Sham, a homegrown virtuoso who enjoys an established international career, presents a long-awaited recital under the last full moon before the Winter Solstice. Each concert was accompanied by an electrifying fusion performance jointly presented by Hong Kong New Music Ensemble and Padmabhushan Ustad Mushtaq Husain Khan Association, juxtaposing the Indian, Chinese and Western Classical musical traditions.

On September 19, LumiVoce presented Luminous, an evening gathered under the inspiration of the moon: a symbol of light, reunion, gratitude, and hope. At LumiVoce, the moon also reminds us of what we strive for in our community—a space where people come together through music, where diverse voices harmonize, and where light, both literal and metaphorical, shines through song. Just as a healthy ecosystem is not made of one species or a single sound, but of countless forms of life existing together in delicate relationship, the program was woven from many styles and emotions. The audience journeyed through works by Beethoven and Debussy, and through love songs that felt like small flames lit beneath the wide, glowing sky of a Mid-Autumn night. From youthful clarity and elegance to moonlit stillness unfolding into dusky reflections, voice and strings echoed love and loss at day’s end, inviting everyone on a journey through light in its many forms—radiant, fleeting, and transcendent—illuminating music’s power to awaken and shine within the soul. Our musicians—the Romer String Quartet, soprano Samantha Chong, and our founder, Dr. Ying Ying—brought this vision to life with a thoughtful and illuminating program. 「同聲同作」音樂計劃2025/26紀錄片 “Voices Unleashed” Music Programme 2025/26 Documentary
用心創作的音樂可以連結心靈，並以旋律架起理解的橋樑。 一群年輕作曲作詞家，共同傾聽社區人士的故事，並從中汲取靈感，創作出三首傳遞共融訊息的音樂作品：《What It Isn’t》、《岸珠謠》及《雛鳥》。其後，作品經過專業音樂家團隊編曲，交由一支由不同能力人士組成的合唱團排練，鼓勵背景和能力各異的傷健人士合作。合唱團更一嘗現場演出及專業錄音製作，歌曲現已於音樂串流平台上架，為聆聽者帶來鼓舞，並推動實現更加平等的世界。 Music created from the heart bridges souls and opens paths to understanding. Original songs created as part of the Voices Unleashed Music Programme are now available on music streaming platforms. Inspired by the stories of individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds, a group of young songwriters created three original Cantonese songs around the theme of inclusivity: What It Isn’t, Pearls by the Ocean and Nestling. 大館操場音樂節 Prison Yard Festival 2024 | 5-12 December 2024
第三屆大館操場音樂節已於2024年12月舉行，由一眾香港及海外藝術家呈獻多場精心策劃的音樂會，在大館獨特的古蹟建築群中創造獨一無二的聆聽體驗。我們很榮幸邀得世界知名的澳洲室樂團作為駐節樂團，由藝術總監托尼提（Richard Tognetti）帶領，演出三套風格各異的節目，包括與埃及裔澳洲烏德琴（Oud）演奏家杜華德（Joseph Tawadros）聯手重新演繹韋華第的《四季》、哈斯及柴可夫斯基的弦樂精品，以及與香港的Cong四重奏合作的藝術家發展計劃。 音樂節每年都邀請藝術家重新演繹相同概念，延續音樂節的部份傳統。今年會與小提琴家王亮（香港管弦樂團第二副首席）再度合作，邀請七位香港的頂尖樂手演奏羅馬尼亞作曲家安納斯古令人振奮的弦樂八重奏。土生土長的鋼琴家沈靖韜自小深受香港樂迷喜愛，近年在國際舞台上非常活躍，是次在冬至前夕的月圓之夜，帶來觀眾引頸以盼的獨奏會。 每場音樂會前的一小時，洗衣場石階會上演別開生面的「Fusion」演出。由香港創樂團及在港致力推動印度表演藝術的PUMHKA合作，炮製融匯印度、中國及西方古典音樂傳統的創新節目。 The 3rd edition of the Prison Yard Festival was held in December 2024, with a stellar line-up of local and international musicians, bringing exquisite concert experience at Tai Kwun’s atmospheric Prison Yard and Laundry Steps. We are thrilled to present the Australian Chamber Orchestra (ACO) as the ensemble-in-residence. Led by its Artistic Director Richard Tognetti, the ACO will present three distinctive programmes including a re-imagined Vivaldi’s Four Seasons featuring Egyptian-Australian Oud virtuoso Joseph Tawadros; an evening of beloved string works by Pavel Haas and Tchaikovsky; and an artist development programme featuring Hong Kong’s outstanding Cong Quartet. The Festival strives to build up a tradition by engaging musicians to re-interpret a continuous concept every year. It welcomes the return of the chamber ensemble led by Hong Kong Philharmonic’s Second Associate Concertmaster Wang Liang. Together with seven other leading musicians, they will perform Romanian composer George Enescu’s thrilling Octet. Pianist Aristo Sham, a homegrown virtuoso who enjoys an established international career, presents a long-awaited recital under the last full moon before the Winter Solstice. Each concert was accompanied by an electrifying fusion performance jointly presented by Hong Kong New Music Ensemble and Padmabhushan Ustad Mushtaq Husain Khan Association, juxtaposing the Indian, Chinese and Western Classical musical traditions.
