Music created from the heart bridges souls and opens paths to understanding. Original songs created as part of the Voices Unleashed Music Programme are now available on music streaming platforms. Inspired by the stories of individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds, a group of young songwriters created three original Cantonese songs around the theme of inclusivity: What It Isn’t, Pearls by the Ocean and Nestling. The songs were arranged by professional musicians and brought to life by a mixed-ability choir who had the opportunity to perform live and produce professional recordings. 藝術家及計劃團隊 Artists and Project Team 陳君明 Kessay Chan 謝霈如 Tse Pui-yu 黃健怡 Winky Wong 陳亦 Venus Chan Yik 何文曦 Joseph Ho 李林風 Emerald Lee 劉力致 Daniel Lau 參與機構 Participating Organisation 圍唱音樂 Wai Sing Music 「真人圖書館」分享嘉實 Human Library Guest Speakers 梁少眉 Connie Leung Siu-mai 梁潔心 Leung Kit-sum 謝慧敏 Tse Wai-man 青年作曲作詞家 Youth Songwriters 鄧楠 Ada Deng Nan 鍾漫盈 Chung Mau-ying 張鎧蕎 Dyane Rani Cheung 鍾妤 Jacqueline Chung Yue 許文謙 Ken Hsu 李廷之 Lee Ting-chi 廖穎思 Leilani Liu 梁柏雋 Leung Pak-chun 盧昕雪 Lo Yan-suet 劉雪瑩 Rachel Lau 林景潼 Sabrina Lam 李澤鋒 Walter Li Chak-fung 黃倩雯 Wong Sin-man 譚玉涵 Yohannah Tam Yuk-ham 余尚哲 Yu Sheung-chit 「同聲同作」合唱團成員 Voices Unleashed Choir Members 鄰舍輔導會黃大仙康盛支援中心 The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council Wong Tai Sin Wellness Support Centre 鄺凱祺 Kwong Hoi-kei 劉德康 Lau Tak-hong 聖雅各福群會休閒服務 St. James' Settlement Leisure Services 李浩樑 Lee Ho-leung 羅耀煇 Lo Yiu-fai 香港基督教女青年會賽馬會青衣綜合社會服務處 HKYWCA Jockey Club Tsing Yi Integrated Social Service Centre 陳婉彤 Chan Yuen-tung 曾朗瑜 Tsang Long-yue 青年歌者 Youth Singers 歐安迪 Andy Au 陳鳳怡 Chan Fung-yee 張齡 Cheung Ling 張令山 Chloe Cheung 庄森森 Chong Sum-sum 周凱敏 Chow Hoi-man 秦百里 Chun Pak-li 梁少眉 Connie Leung Siu-mai 黎萍 Lai Ping 林靜英 Lam Ching-ying 林泳臻 Lam Wing-chun 梁樂天 Leung Lok-tin 朱樂行 Vincent Chu Lok-hang 黃芷睿 Wong Tsz-yui 甄頴敏 Yan Wing-man 譚玉涵 Yohannah Tam Yuk-ham 諸小英 Zhu Xiaoying 香港中華基督教青年會聯青聾人中心 - 手語歌小組 Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong Y’s Men’s Centre for the Deaf - Sign Language Songs Group 招穎堅 Chiu Wing-kin 許佩琳 Hui Pui-lam 郭慶豐 Kwok Hing-fung 李雅莉 Li Yali 馬兆威 Ma Siu-wai 莫美英 Mok Mei-ying 楊遠秋 Yeung Yuen-chow 專輯封面設計 Album Art Design 孫廣勳 Kelvin Suen ___________________________________ 更多資訊 More information: https://www.hkyaf.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/hkyaf Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/hkyaf 在任何情況下，捐助機構皆不會對任何人或法律實體因此載內容而作岀或沒有作岀的任何行為負上任何法律責任。 In no event shall the Funder have any liability of any kind to any person or entity arising from or related to any actions taken or not taken as a result of any of the contents herein.
